INGREDIENTS

  • For Palak Halwa

    • 1 tbsp ghee

    • 1 tbsp semolina

    • ¼ cup blanched and chopped spinach

    • water as required

    • ½ cup jaggery powder

    • 1 tsp cardamom powder

    • 1 cup khoya

    • ½ cup chopped mixed dry fruits

    • mixed dry fruits for garnish

    • khoya for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp semolina and lightly roast it.

    Then add 1/4 cup chopped spinach and water as required and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add 1/2 cup jaggery powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 cup khoya, chopped dryfruits and let it cook.

    Garnish it with mixed dry fruits and khoya. Palak ka halwa is ready to serve.
