INGREDIENTS

  • For Paan Gulkand Sharbat

    • 3 Calcutta betel leaves

    • ¼ cup dry fruits

    • ½ tbsp cardamom powder

    • 1 tbsp honey

    • 1 ½ tbsp gulkand

    • ice cubes

    • 200 ml milk

PREPARATION

    In a mixer jar, blend together Calcutta betel leaves, dry fruits, cardamom powder, honey, gulkand, ice cubes and milk to make a puree.

    Sieve this puree.

    Put some gulkand in a glass and some cardamom powder on the rims of the glass.

    Pour the Paan Gulkand Sharbat in this glass, garnish with a rose petal and serve.
