In a pan add 3 cups jaggery powder and water and let it melt on low flame.

Then add 2 cup puffed Rice, 1 cup puffed Wheat, 1 cup white sesame seeds, 1 cup mixed nuts, 1 cup puffed amaranth, 1/2 cup roasted flax seeds, 1 tbsp dried Rose petals and mix it properly.

Grease a plate with ghee and add the mixture to the plate and let it set.

Once it cools down cut it into small bites. Multigrain Bites are ready to serve.
