  • For Moradabadi Dal

    • 1 cup soaked split yellow lentils

    • water of soaked lentils

  • For Garnish

    • mint chutney

    • red chilli chutney

    • chaat masala

    • salt to taste

    • ginger juliennes

    • chopped green chilli

    • papdi

PREPARATION

    Boil the soaked yellow moong dal in a pot for 30-40 minutes till it becomes thick in consistency and till a layer is formed over it.

    Serve the Moradabadi Dal in a bowl by topping it up with mint chutney, red chilli chutney, chaat masala, salt, ginger juliennes, chopped green chilli and papdi.
