INGREDIENTS

  • For Mango Cream Chaat

    • 9-10 roughly chopped pav pieces

    • saffron sugar syrup

    • 2 tbsp grated cheese curds

    • 2 tbsp condensed milk

    • 1/2 cup mango juice

    • 2 tbsp sweet boondi

    • 1/4 cup crushed mixed dry fruits

    • pinch of cardamom powder

    • 1 1/2 tbsp mixed dry fruits powder

    • 1 tsp tutti frutti

    • rose syrup

    • mango candy ice cream

PREPARATION

    Soak the pav pieces in saffron sugar syrup for some time.

    Transfer these pieces into a plate and top them with grated cheese curd, condensed milk, mango juice, sweet boondi, crushed mixed dry fruits, and cardamom powder.

    Now add some mango juice, mixed dry fruits powder, tutti frutti, rose syrup, crushed mixed dry fruits and chopped mango candy ice cream.
