INGREDIENTS

  • For Manchow Soup

    • 1 cup cabbage

    • 1 cup carrots

    • 1 cup capsicum

    • 1/2 cup French beans

    • 1/2 cup baby corn

    • 1/4 cup garlic

    • 1/4 cup green chillies

    • coriander leaves for garnish

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce

    • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce

    • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

    • 1 tsp rice vinegar/white vinegar

    • 2 cups stock

    • 1 tsp black pepper powder

    • salt to taste

    • 1 tbsp corn flour

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

    • fried noodles

PREPARATION

    In a pan add oil, put some chopped garlic, green chillies, ginger, onion and saute for a while.

    Add vegetable stock to the pan.

    Now add chopped cauliflower, capsicum, french beans, baby corn, carrot, and cabbage. Let it boil for 3-4 mins.

    Now add ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce, red chili sauce, salt, crushed pepper powder, chilli paste and vinegar. Finish with chopped coriander.

    Prepare a slurry with corn flour and water and add to the soup. Let it boil.

    For dried noodles, fry boiled noodles in oil until crispy and golden brown.
