INGREDIENTS

    • 1 bowl puffed rice

    • 4 tsp peanuts

    • Curry leaves

    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

    • 2 tsp red chilli powder

    • 3 - 4 garlic cloves

    • 3 tbsp fried gram

    • 3 red chillies

    • 1 tsp cumin seeds

PREPARATION

    Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, peanuts, fried grams and saute.

    Then add 4 to 6 garlic cloves, 2 red chillies, few curry leaves, red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder and saute.

    Now add 1 bowl puffed rice, salt and mix it well.

    Khara Mandakki is ready to serve now.
