INGREDIENTS

  • For Kaju Katli

    • water as required

    • 1 ½ cup jaggery powder

    • 1 cup cashew nut powder

    • 1 tsp cardamom powder

    • pounded cashew nut for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add water and 1 1/2 cup jaggery powder and let it boil until it becomes thick in consistency.

    Then add 1 cup cashew nut powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder and let it cook.

    Grease a large platter with ghee and transfer the prepared mixture to it and let it cool down.
  4. 4

    Once set, cut it into a diamond shape and garnish it with pounded cashew nut. Kaju katli is ready to serve.
