For puri
1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp rava
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp ajwain
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp hing
¼ tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 tsp kasuri methi
water as required
1 tbsp ghee
2 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger and chilli paste
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
oil for frying
For aloo subzi
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp crushed coriander seeds
¼ tsp hing
1 tsp ginger green chilli garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli coarsely powdered
½ tsp coriander powder
5-6 boiled and diced potatoes
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
salt to taste
1 tsp amchur powder
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
