INGREDIENTS

  • For Gur Papdi

    • 3 tbsp ghee

    • 1 ½ cups wheat flour

    • 1 ½ cups jaggery powder

    • mixed dry fruits as required

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add 3 tbsp ghee and 1 1/2 cups wheat flour and lightly roast it until it turns brown. Once it turns brown, set it aside and let it rest.

    Now add 1 1/2 cup powdered jaggery to it and mix it until it melts.

    Grease a plate with ghee, then transfer the mixture into the plate and let it set.

    Garnish it with mixed dry fruits and cut it into the desired shape. Gur papdi is ready to serve.
