INGREDIENTS

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp chopped garlic

    • 1/2 cup spinach puree

    • 2 cups boiled whole wheat noodles

    • 1/4 cup grated cheese

    • salt to taste

    • 2 tbsp fresh cream

    • red bell pepper

    • yellow bell pepper

    • green capsicum

    • black olives

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and saute. Now add spinach puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add boiled whole wheat noodles and toss it well. Add salt and mix.

    Now add cheese, fresh cream and toss well until combined. Cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.

    Arrange noodles on a plate. Now place the yellow bell pepper for eyes and cut two roundels of black olives to make pupils. Place sliced red bell pepper to make the mouth. For ears use triangles of green capsicum and make hair with black olive halves. Mr.Curly is ready.
