Ingredients

  • For Fryums

    • salt

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    • yellow food grade colour

    • pink food grade colour

PREPARATION

    Heat 2 cups of water in a pan, add salt and all-purpose flour to it and cook till a thick mixture is obtained.

    Divide the mixture in three different bowls. Add yellow food grade colour in one bowl and pink food grade colour in another bowl and mix well.

    Take a piping bag, fill the mixtures in it and make fryums on a plastic sheet.
  4. 4

    Allow the fryums to dry in the sun for 3-4 days.
  5. 5

    Deep-fry the fryums in hot oil.
