Cut the top of the orange and scoop out the flesh of the orange into a bowl and store the shell of the fruit to fill the ice cream later.

Cut the avocado, take the seed out and remove the flesh out in a bowl and mash the flesh in the bowl.

Do the same thing with mango by removing its flesh & putting it in a bowl. Keep all the fruit shells intact.

In a large bowl, take whipped cream and condensed milk and whisk. add the mango pulp in that mixture & mix properly. Put this mixture back into the mango shell.

In a put cube of avocado flesh with sugar and make puree of it, also put tender coconut pulp & blitz it again. Take this mixture and fill it in the avocado shell and put it for freezing.

In a large bowl, take whipped cream, condensed milk & whisk. Add the orange pulp in this and mix. Then add this mixture in the orange shell.

Keep these ice cream filled fruit shells in the freezer overnight.
