INGREDIENTS

    • Chopped garlic

    • Chilli Flakes

    • Sesame

    • Sugar

    • Soy Sauce

    • Mirin

    • Tofu

    • Oil

    • Spring onion

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, chilli flakes, sesame, sugar, soy sauce and mirin.

    Slice the tofu and shallow fry it in oil.
  3. 3

    Fry the tofu until golden brown and pour the sauce into the pan. Cover the pan and let the tofu simmer in the sauce.

    Serve Dubu Jorim with rice and garlic with sesame seeds and spring onions.
