INGREDIENTS

  • For Bel Sharbat

    • 1 pc Bel

    • salt

    • 1 tsp cardamom powder

    • 1 tsp cumin powder

    • 2-3 tsp jaggery powder

    • ice cubes

    • Gondhoraj lemon

    • mint

PREPARATION

    Cut the bel fruit (wood apple) and remove its flesh in a bowl.

    Add water to it and mash and then sieve it.

    Add salt, cardamom powder, cumin powder and jaggery powder and mix well.

    Next, add ice cubes and water and mix well.

    Pour in a glass and garnish with Gondhoraj lemon slice and mint leaf.
