Ingredients

  • For Ashwagandha Til Ladoo

    • 1 cup khoya

    • ½ cup roasted white sesame seeds powder

    • 1 tsp cardamom powder

    • 1 tbsp chopped pistachio

    • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder

    • 3-4 tbsp jaggery powder

    • mixed dry fruits for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a pan, lightly roast 1 cup khoya. set it aside for some time until it cools down.

    Then add 1/2 cup roasted white sesame seeds powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp chopped pistachio, 1 tsp ashwagandha powder, 3-4 tbsp jaggery powder and mix it properly.

    Make laddoos from the mixture and garnish it with mixed dry fruits. Ashwagandha til laddoos are ready to serve.
