Once boiled, cool it for some time and separate the seed from it.

In a mixer grinder, add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, rock salt to taste, 4-5 mint leaves, 2-3 tbsp jaggery powder, water as required and blend it properly.

Aam panna pulp is now ready. Add some cold water to it & reduce the thickness of pulp.

Garnish with raw green mango slice, mint leaves & serve it.
