INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg homemade curd
  • 1 liter water
  • 1½ tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp roasted and crushed cumin seeds
  • 20 ice cubes (only in summer)

PREPARATION

    Pour the curd in aluminium pot.

    Add water and arrange electrical madhani on it.
  3. 3

    Switch on the madhani for 10 minutes.
  4. 4

    After 10 minutes our Chati Di lassi is ready.
  5. 5

    Now makhan floating on the lassi. Keep the Makhan aside.

    Now our Chati Di lassi is ready for drink.
  7. 7

    For serve - Add salt, roasted and crushed cumin seeds. Mix well and enjoy it.
