Tomato chutney By Pallavi vikas Tachle

South Indian dish easy and tasty

INGREDIENTS

  • 500gm chopped tomatoes
  • 50gm roasted peanuts
  • 50gm roasted sesame seeds
  • 8-10 green chillis
  • 1tbsp jeera
  • 1teaspoon rai
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 dried red chillis
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • Coriander
  • 3tbsp oil
  • 1tbsp black gram/urad dal

PREPARATION

    In a pan, heat oil.

    Add green chillis and chopped tomatoes.
  3. 3

    Cook it for 15 minutes at low flame.
  4. 4

    Put gas off.
  5. 5

    Let it cool.
  6. 6

    Take mixer grinder.
  7. 7

    Add roasted groundnuts and roasted sesame seeds, jeera, salt, Coriander, .

    And add cooked tomato and chillie purae.
  9. 9

    And in mixer grind it.
  10. 10

    Grind it till it become paste.

    Take it out in another bowl.

    Take another pan on gas .
  13. 13

    Add 1tbsp oil.
  14. 14

    When oil is heated, add jeera and rai and black gram.
  15. 15

    Let it become brownish in color.
  16. 16

    Add curry leaves and red chillis.
  17. 17

    Fry it for 1-2 minutes.
  18. 18

    Add this tadka with grinded tomato paste.
  19. 19

    Mix it well.
