Thandai flavoured kesar pista rabdi By Sonika Gupta

Thandai flavoured kesar pista rabdi is a tropical plant with sweet and different sweet flavour, and that's why it makes this dry fruit perfect to be mixed with rabdi as it will be an added delicious flavour in the sweet dish....

Serves3 to 4 person

Cooking Time30 to 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 litre Milk
  • 1/2 tin milk maid
  • 3-4 tsp Thandai powder
  • 4-5 tbsp Chopped dry fruits
  • 1 tsp Pistachio chopped
  • As Per Taste Saffron

PREPARATION

    Heat the milk in a non-stick pan on medium or low flame till it becomes creamy until the milk becomes half its quantity.

    Stir mix it from time to time.

    Add milkmaid and thandai powder, chopped dry fruits, and heat for 5-6 more minutes on medium to slow flame.

    Switch off the gas and put the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot in bowls or keep it in the fridge for an hour if want to eat cool.

    Now serve thandai flavour kesar pista rabdi and garnishes with pistachio and kesar.
