As the name suggest, it's a Eggciting dish for eggeterians and so called vegetarians to experience endeavors.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ingredient 1 making crushed egg keema
  • Boiled egg
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Kitchen king masala
  • Garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cooking oil or butter.
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Ingredient 2 for making gravy
  • Boiled eggs yolk
  • Tomatoes
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chilli paste
  • Kashmiri mirch
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Kitchen king masala
  • Garam masala powder
  • Black pepper and salt
  • Cooking oil or butter.

PREPARATION

    Heat butter or oil .

    Add ingredient mentioned above in the list 1.

    Stir it well and fry until it looks cooked.

    Add boiled eggs and crush it .
  5. 5

    Remove keema in a bowl once it cooked. And it's a feeling for an omelette.

    Make a normal egg omelette and let it fry, put the keema feeling inside creating an and fold the omelette from both the side looking like an envelope.

    Now we need to prepare egg yolk gravy.

    As mentioned put all the ingredients in the list 2 and let it fry.

    Crush tomatoes and little bit of water to make it like a dry gravy.

    Crush boiled egg yolks .

    Cook it well for 3-4 mins.

    Add cheese if want.

    And put that gravy above the egg keema omelette wrapped .

    Ready to be served.
