Strawberry pudding By Vaahitha Banu

Delicious strawberry topped jelly with milk based pudding served for fastings at iftar

Cooking TimePrep time:20 minutes., Setting time :35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • Agar agar 10gms
  • milk 200 ml
  • water 250 ml
  • sugar 125 gms and strawberry puree 200 gms

PREPARATION

    In a pan boil water and add agar agar to it and make it dissolves completely,after dissolves add sugar and strain it.

    Take a little part of the agar mixture add 100gms of strawberry puree to it and pour in a bowl and set it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

    To the remaining agar mixture add strawberry puree and add boiled and cooled thick milk,and pour this at the top of the jelly we have set in the fridge.

    After 20 minutes it will be set ,demould it, our dessert is ready to serve ,best when served chilled.
