In a mixing bowl add Besan + Atta + Rice flour + baking soda + turmeric + Salt + ginger garlic + green chilli + curd + oil + chopped Spinach and mix very well. It will take the shape of a dough.

Pinch medium portions from dough and give shape of Tikki or any shape of your choice.

Deep fry till golden brown under low to medium heat.
