INGREDIENTS

  • For Dough
  • Jowar flour 1 cup
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Gram flour 3/4 cup
  • Bajra flour 3/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Green chilli paste 1 t spn
  • Oil 1 son for moin
  • Red chilli powder 1 t spn
  • Cumin and coriander powder 1-1 t spn
  • Ground nut powder 2 TV spn
  • Turmeric 1/2 t spn
  • Sesame seeds 1 tb spn
  • Chopped Green Coriander leaves 2 tb spn
  • For Tadka-
  • Oil 2 tb spn
  • Cumin and mustard seeds 1 t spn
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Red chilli powder 1 t spoon
  • Cumin and coriander powder 2 t spoon
  • Finely Chopped Garlic 2 t spn
  • Turmeric 3/4 t spn
  • Salt
  • Pure ghee

PREPARATION

    Mix all the ingredients of dough and knead a little hard dough .

    With this dough make rolls about 2 inches long and little thin .

    Joint both the sides of the roll and make a ring of it .

    Heat oil in heavy bottom pot add cumin and mustard seeds in it, let it crackle then add asafoetida, garlic paste, turmeric powder,, Red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder and 7+8 cups of water in it.

    When the water started boiling add rings in it and cook it for 15-20 minutes on medium to low flame .

    Serve it hot with adding ghee on it with papad, lemon and pickle.
