Spicy gobhi (cauliflower)masala By pyari vannu

Winter special everyone favourite gobhi (cauliflower)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 gobhi ( cauliflowe, 2 spoon cumin seeds, 1 bey leaf, 5 freshly ground black pepper, 2 fine chopped onion, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, 1 spoon coriander powder, 1/2 sabji masala, 1/2 spoon kashmiri red chilli powder ( for colour), cooking oil , salt as per taste, ginger garlic paste,

PREPARATION

    Firstly half boil cauliflower And mix turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and hit the pan and fry all the marinated cauliflower .

    After our cauliflower become golden brown shift in plate.

    Next again hit the pan put some oil as you required then add cumin seeds, freshly ground black pepper, bey leaf, and onion saute in 5 minutes then add ginger garlic paste and all the spices, salt as per taste mix well wait for separate oil.
