Snacky Chillies By Sangita Jain

Cooking Time35 minutes- (Considering that paneer is pre-made and Rajma pre-soaked and boiled, rest of the prep will take 15 minutes and baking 20 mins)

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 large Chillies
  • 1 cup minced vvgetables, including 1 inch ginger, 2 hot green chillis & half onions
  • half cup Paneer
  • half cup boiled Rajma
  • 2 cubes Amul Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning Spice
  • half teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Mix minced vegetables, rajma, paneer, 1 cube cheese, salt and seasoning all together properly, mashing the rajma a bit in the process.

    Slice lengthwise into halves and de-seed 5 large chilles.
  3. 3

    Fill the chillies with the prepared mix.
  4. 4

    Grate 1 amul cheese on top of the 10 halves.

    Bake in pre heated oven @ 240° for 20 minutes .
