Shark fish puttu By Shilpa L

Shark is full of omega 3 and fatty acids essential for brain development. this putty is recommended for nursing mothers.

Serves2 persons

Cooking Time20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gems shark deer fish slices
  • 2 nose big onions sliced finely
  • 3 nose slit green chillies
  • Half cup grated coconut
  • 2 nose eggs
  • 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
  • 6 pods of crushed garlic
  • 2 tspn fennel seeds
  • Few curry leaves
  • Few strands of coriander leaves
  • 5 tbspn oil
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

    Boil the fish with turmeric powder and salt and peel the skin.

    Drain the water and shred the fish.
  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and saute with crushed garlic and fennel seeds.
  4. 4

    Add sliced onion, green chilies and curry leaves.
  5. 5

    Add the shredded fish and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. 6

    Beat the eggs and saute it with the fish.
  7. 7

    Atlast add grated coconut, pinch of salt and coriander leaves.
  8. 8

    Serve hot with white rice.
