INGREDIENTS

  • Water half litre
  • Sugar (According to taste)
  • Cardamom 2-4 pieces
  • 2 Sliced white Bread
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Rabri 100g
  • Chopped Dry fruits

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Heat pan  for making Chasni ,add water , sugar and cardamom.  Boil it for 10-15mins . Let it cool.

    Take one bread slice, cut it into 2 parts . Heat the oil in a pan and then deep fry these breads.
  3. 3

    Soak the fried bread in the chasni for 5mins ,place it in a plate ,pour rabdi over it . Garnish it with some dry fruits.
