Shahi Mutton Korma By Meena Singh

The delicious tastes of all the dry fruits makes it Shahi.

INGREDIENTS

  • Mutton 1kg
  • Onion
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Curd
  • All Khade masale
  • Dry fruits - cashew, almond, chirongi, coconut
  • Khoya
  • Cream
  • Ghee
  • Fried onion

PREPARATION

    Heat the cooker.

    Add ghee when hot .
  3. 3

    Add onion and fry.
  4. 4

    When onion becomes little brown take it out .
  5. 5

    Put the ginger garlic paste in the cooker .
  6. 6

    Add curd-250gm.
  7. 7

    Add Tez paate .
  8. 8

    Add mutton .
  9. 9

    Add pise masale - bit of haldi, mirch-1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoon coriander powder .

    Add salt .

    Mix (bhunn.

    After 10 min add water - 2 cup medium flame .

    Pyaaz fry ki hui peese .

    Saare dry fruits ko pisske paste banaye or ghee mei bhunne for light brown colour .

    Khade masale powder baanaye or peese pyaaz mei add karde .

    Check mutton after 10min .

    Pyaaz ka paste add kare or fir usse bhune .
  18. 18

    Cover it for 5 min.

    Add khoya or usse bhi bhuune .

    After 1-2 min add dry fruits paste or bhunne .

    After 1-2 min curd .

    10 min Paani daalke pakaye.

    Mutton jab pak jaaye usme add kare kashmiri lal mirch - 1 spoon, gulaab jal 1/2spoon, cream - 1/2 cup .
