INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bunch sarson 2 bunch bathua 1 bunch palak 4 onions 20 garlic cloves 2 no ginger 2 red chilli whole 1 pinch asafoetida 2 tbs coriander powder 1 tbs Red chilli powder 1 tbs garam masala Salt as per taste
  • 2 trap ghee,garlic ,salt

PREPARATION

    Firstly washed all spinich and boiled it.

    Then take a pan add ghee.
  3. 3

    Cumin seeds,garlic,tomato paste paste add salt,.
  4. 4

    Turmeric,red chilli powder,mix it and coverd it 10 min.
  5. 5

    Then add boiled and grind spinich .
  6. 6

    And mix it properly .
  7. 7

    Cook 10 min then serve it .
