INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sago
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • Pink salt according to taste
  • For tadka( oil ,crushes green chillies,cumin seeds)
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • For Peanut Chutney
  • Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
  • Green Chillies 2-3
  • Coriander leaves- Handful
  • Pink Salt/ Rock Salt
  • Curd
  • Ice Cubes - 2-3

PREPARATION

    Wash sabudana 2-3 times with water and soak for 5-6 hours.

    Boil 3-4 potatoes and Mash them.
  3. 3

    Grind the peanuts but do not grid too much.
  4. 4

    Mix soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, pink Salt .
  5. 5

    Give tadka with oil+ crushed green chillies + jeera .
  6. 6

    Knead and Mix all & make vada.
  7. 7

    Shallow fry the vadas in oil till golden colour or till crispy.
  8. 8

    For Peanut Chutney Grind all the ingredients together Add Ice cubes to make it smooth if they chutney is too thick .
