Take a bowl and Soak 2 cup sabudana for 3 to 5 hrs.

Drain out excess water from bowl after that add smashed boiled potatoes, groundnut powder, chilles, salt , chilly powder, lemon juice, corriander leaves. Mix all the contents to form uniform mixture.

Now take some portion of the mixture in your hands and shape them into flat round vada.

Heat cooking oil in frying pan and deep fry vadas for 5 to 10 minutes till colour turns into golden yellow.
