Mix Powdered Suger + Butter + Oil. Beat them properly.

Add milkmaid to it and beat again.

Mix All purpose flour + Baking Powder + Baking Soda.

Mix Dry ingredients into Wet ingredients in batches and add Drinking Soda in it.

Add 2-3 spoon milk to make a smooth batter.

Add 1Tsp Rose essence + Few drops of Pink color for Rose flavour Sponge Add 1/2 Tsp Paan essence + Few drops of Green Colour + Crushed Paan Leaf for Paan flavour Sponge.

Bake both the batters at 170° in pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes.

When Sponge is baked, keep them aside at room temperature for cooling down.

After 3-4 hrs of cooling Sponge is ready for Icing.

Beat the Whipping Cream.

Cut both sponge in 2 layers.

Firstly, take layer of rose flavour, moist with water, spread Whipping cream on it properly and spread some gulkand on this layer.

Keep layer of paan flavour on it, moist with water, spread Whipping cream and then spread Tutti Fruity on it.
