Rose coconut Barfi By Bhoomi Devmorari

Coconut Barfi with rose flavour without milk

Serves4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp. Ghee
  • 250 gm desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3 tsp. Rose syrup
  • 4 tsp. Fresh cream

PREPARATION

    For sugar syrup: add 1 cup sugar and ¾ cup water in pan , heat and make 1 strain syrup .

    Take another pan add 3 tbsp. Ghee and heat then add 250 gm desiccated coconut and saute for 5 minutes, now add 3 tsp. Rose syrup and 4 tsp. Fresh cream , combine well now, add sugar syrup and mix roast for about 5 to 8 minutes. Now grease plate and add mixture and cut into pieces and enjoy!!!.
