  • salt
  • pepper

  • tomatoes

  • oregano
  • 9)Chilli flakes

PREPARATION

    Take 1 cup of ragi flour and add salt, baking soda (pinc.

    Knead dough with water and curd.

    Give 15 min rest .

    Take a pan add tomato puree and chopped onions .
  5. 5

    5)Cook it for 4-5 mins .

    Add salt ,pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.

    Now make a medium size roti from ragi dough .

    Cook the roti on tawa for 2-3 mins .

    Now apply tomato sauce that we prepared before .

    10)Put cheese slice and chopped onions, capcium, and tomatoes .

    1Grate some mozrella cheese .

    1cover the lid and cook it for 2-3 mins .
