Rabri mousse topped with some gulab jamun and garnish with dry fruits

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grm rabri
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
  • Gulab jamun
  • Almond chopped
  • Pista chopped
  • Cashew chopped

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Whip the whipping cream with a hand mixer into a soft peaks.
  2. 2

    In a another Bowl whip rabri into a smooth consistency.
  3. 3

    Mix the rabri and whipped cream with a spatula in a cut fold method.
  4. 4

    Add some dry fruits .
  5. 5

    In a mousse cup place some chopped gulab jamun and pipe the mixture .
  6. 6

    Garnish it with some dry fruits and gulab jamun.
