INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gms Potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoons crushed black paper
  • 10 spoons cashews (choppe
  • 2 spoons raisins (choppe
  • 1/2 teaspoons lemons
  • 1 cup amaranth flour (rajgira atta)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds/jeera (slightly crushed)
  • rock salt as per taste
  • coconut chutney or tamarind chutney
  • 6 spoons Ghee or Refined Oil

PREPARATION

    Mix to a slightly thick batter without any lumps. Making Rajgira Aloo Bonda.

    Now heat oil for deep frying in a pan. Keep the flame to medium or medium-high.

    Place spiced potato Bonda in the batter. With a spoon or with your hands, gently coat the batter very well.

    Now gently place the batter coated potato Bonda in the hot oil.
  5. 5

    Fry at medium or medium-high. Turn over a couple of times for even frying. Fry the Aloo Bonda till they are golden and crisp from outside.

    Remove the fried Bondas on kitchen paper towels.
