Potato Cutlet By Kumari Rathore

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 small potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons sooji
  • 3 tablespoons besan
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • as required Chopped vegetables which ever you like

PREPARATION

    Grate potato dip it in bowl of cold water for 5 min Now drain water and take grated potato in another bowl add red chilli powder, dhanya and jeera powder, salt as per taste, garam masala,chat masala, half lemon, cornflour, besan, suji mix well.

    Take a tawa brush oil and take mix in the hand shape it and put on hot tawa then let it cook for about 2 min on medium flame and turn cook and serve with ketchup and chutney.
