Poha healthy and tasty

INGREDIENTS

  • Poha -2 cup
  • Peas 1/4 cup (boiled)
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Grated peanuts - 2tbps
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil-1 tbps
  • Green chilly - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

PREPARATION

    Take poha and wash and drain it well and shoke it 5 min.

    Take a pan add oil and heat it add mustard seed, green chilly and curry leave and peas..

    Roast all item than mix poha in it.
  4. 4

    Mix it very well 4-5 minutes..
