INGREDIENTS

  • 1)2 medium size bowl of Besan
  • 2)1 medium size bowl of jawar flour
  • some musterd Seed,jeera
  • 3)ginger, garlic, green chili, curry leave, jeera,ajwain Paste
  • 5)paste of ginger, garlic, jeera,ajwain, green chilies, curry leaves
  • 4)2 tablespoon of oil
  • 5)slipped coconut ,coriender leaves for garnishing
  • 6)mustared seed and jeera for tadka
  • 7)tarmuric powder

PREPARATION

    in kadhai heat a oil.

    Add mustard seed and jeera .
  3. 3

    Add ginger, garlic, green chili, curry leave, jeera,ajwain Paste And fry it .

    Add 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric .
  5. 5

    Add 1/2 glass of water and boil.
  6. 6

    After boling the water add besan and jawar flour .
  7. 7

    Mix them well avoid the touch of hand clumps in medium flam .

    Cover it for 10 minutes on law flame .

    spread the oil on thali .

    The hot ready mixture speared on oiled tali .

    And garnish with slipped coconut and coriender leaves.
