INGREDIENTS

  • For chutney: roasted jeera, 8-10 garlic cloves, coriander, 2-3 green chillies, salt to taste
  • Sugar, curd, pahadi nimbu

PREPARATION

    Add roasted jeera, garlic, green chillies, coriander, salt in a mixer bowl. Make a fine paste.

    Peel the pahadi nimbu properly and collect all the pulp in a mixing bowl.

    Add the chutney, sugar, curd to the nimbu pulp as per your taste.

    Serve and enjoy. Do not let it rest for too long, it may get bitter.
