These delicious Mini Oreo Cheesecakes are made with a creamy cheesecake filling and Oreo cookie pieces. Baked in a muffin pan for the perfect dessert. Made with few ingredients and take less than 2 hours to make The tops of these Mini Oreo Cheesecakes are sprinkled with more Oreos and whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (154packet of Oreo biscuits (crushed). 120g for the mixture and the remaining for the top layer.
  • 350g cooking white chocolate
  • 365g sweetened condensed milk.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter and whipped cream

PREPARATION

    In a bowl over hot water melt the white chocolate.

    Once the white chocolate starts to melt add the tin of condensed milk.
  3. 3

    Add the salt & the crushed Oreo biscuits once the mixture is smooth. Mix well.
  4. 4

    Place the mixture in a greased baking tray (I used butter). Add the remaining crushed Oreos on top. Place in fridge to set for 1 hour 45 min .

    Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy.
