Seive and mix 1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4th cup powered sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda in a bowl.

Take another bowl, add 1/4th cup of refined oil, 1 cup of milk, 1/4th cup desiccated coconut, orange crush as per the taste and 2 drops orange essence.

Now add the mixture of dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients and mix it. Cake batter is ready.

Preheat the otg oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes .

Grease a cake mold with butter and dust it with all purpose flour.

Add the cake batter into the greased cake mold.

Place the cake mold in otg oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30 to 45 minutes .

Now for buttercream frosting:-.

Take 100 gram of Butter in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar to it. Beat with a hand beater till it becomes soft. Add 2 tablespoon milk and 2 tablespoon of vanilla essence and again beat it .
