Squeeze out the water from Nutri nuggets and put them in a chopper to make into a paste.

Now drain the chana daal and grind it into a paste. Now mix both the paste and add the chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, and coriander leaves. Add all the dry masala from the ingredients.

Mix everything together with hands. make round tikkis or cutlets in any shape you like.

Heat oil in a pan.

Place the tikkis and cook them on low medium heat till one side is golden in color and cooked. Flip the tikki and cook the other side.

Drain them on a paper towel and serve them with green coriander mint chutney.
