Authentic nariyal mithai made without ghee/oil/butter

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 fresh coconut (peeled and grated)
  • 1 cup of fresh Malai
  • Powdered sugar 1/2 Cup
  • Cardamom, Pista (for flavors and decoration)

PREPARATION

    In a thick pan (iron kadhasauté desiccated coconut until it turns a bit crisp (7-8 min).

    Add cup of fresh Malai and mix it well and keep saluting it for 2-4 min.
  3. 3

    Add powdered sugar and keep mixing it till the water of sugar is evaporated and coconut starts turning into a ball kind of.

    now let this cool down for 10-12 min,.
  5. 5

    Add roasted Pista and cardamom in the mixture.
  6. 6

    make small balls of this mixture.
  7. 7

    Delicious coconut laddos are ready to eat .
