Moringa olefera and Peas ( Suhanjno ke Phool and matar ki sabii By Gaurav Shabbi

INGREDIENTS

  • Moringa olefera (Suhanjno ke phoo250 gm
  • Peas (Mata100 gm
  • Onian 1 pc
  • Garlic 4-5 leaves
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chilli half table spoon
  • Green chilli 2 pcs
  • Tomato 5 pcs of medium size

PREPARATION

    250 gm moringa olefera overnight stocked in water.
  2. 2

    Socked moringa olefera put in pressure cocker for 2-3 wishtle.
  3. 3

    Boiled moringa olefera put in bowl and give some time for cool.

    Mash the moringa olefera.
  5. 5

    Take pan on gass and add some hing and zeera.
  6. 6

    Now put chopped onion and cock till bworn.
  7. 7

    Now add some chopped tomato .
  8. 8

    Salt according to taste.

    Half table spoon red chilli.
  10. 10

    Half table spoon haldi.
  11. 11

    Half table spoon black paper.
  12. 12

    Now you can add peas and moringa olefera and cock for 15 mins.
