INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 2 teaspoons rice
  • salt to taste
  • 4 ice cube
  • 3/4 finely chopped green chillies
  • oil for frying meduvada
  • For Sambhar :: 1 cup Tuvar dal
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind pulp
  • 4 pieces of Sargava horn
  • 4 pieces of Dughi
  • salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons SAKTHI south Indian Sambhar masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 Rye
  • 4/5 neem leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • half a teaspoon cayenne

PREPARATION

    Clean the lentils and rice with water, then soak it in water for 6/7 hours, then drain the water and in a mixer bowl add green chillies, salt and crush the crunchy medium.

    Take a lot of foam by hand.

    Now to make the head, make a tea pot, put water on it, take the pudding of the head, make a hole between the hands, put oil in the pan on the gas, heat the oil, then fry over medium heat, fry all the heads in this way.

    How to make Sambhar :: Boil the Tuvar dal, boil the milk and the horn of Sargwa.

    Once it is boiled, crush it and put it on the gas.

    Add, when it gets hot, add it to the lentils, boil the lentils properly.

    Now take the head in a bowl and add the sambar to it.

    Now put the ghee in the pan.

    When it gets hot, add cumin, red chilli.

    Add the prepared garnish to the bowl from above.
