1 cup mango pulp (2 ripe mangoes peeled and pureed)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Pinch of saffron threads
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tbsp chopped almonds

To make the hung curd, take 2 cups of yogurt and tie it in a muslin cloth. Hang the cloth over a bowl for a few hours. The whey will drain out, leaving you with thick hung curd.

Peel and slice the mango. Remove the seed and puree the mango in a blender or food processor.

In a large bowl, whisk the hung curd until smooth. Then one by one add the mango puree, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron milk. Mix well until all of the ingredients are combined.

Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.

Your delicious Mango Shrikhand is ready. Garnish it with some chopped almonds and pistachios before serving.
