INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flattened rice/poha
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Gaelic clove
  • 3 green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tblsp coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tblsp lemon juice
  • 1 tblsp oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds and urad daal

PREPARATION

    Wash n Sock the poha. Remove the water with the help of a strainer Cut the onion,green chilli and garlic cloves. Chop the coriander leaves.

    Add oil in a nonstick pan, Add urad daal, Cumin seeds. Let it crackle,add onion chilli n garlic. sauté untill transparent. Add salt n turmeric powder, Mix well.

    Now add washed poha, chopped coriander and lemon juice.mix well..

    Kanda poha is ready Transfer it into a plate. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve. Enjoy with a cup of Masala tea..👌😋.
