INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 100 g Khoya
  • 1 tsp Rose essence
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Pistachios
  • A few Saffron threads

PREPARATION

    Take milk in a vessel and add grated paneer to it and mix well.
  2. 2

    Keep it on low flame and cook it while stirring, then add milk powder to it and mix well.

    Now cook on medium heat till it thickens and then add sugar.
  4. 4

    When the sugar mixes well in the mixture and it starts drying, then add cardamom powder and rose essence to it.

    Cook on low flame stirring continuously till the mixture dries up.

    And now turn off the gas and put it in the greased tray.

    When it cools down a bit, cut it into square shape and garnish it with finely chopped pistachios and saffron.
